Physical movement (asana) is just one part of a well rounded yoga practice. Here at HYLO, we strive to embody it all. Through breath, mindfulness, & powerful movement, our various yoga classes will challenge & soften all areas of your body, heart, & mind. Expect creative sequencing, passionate instruction, & of course a good sweat.

STABILIZING MUSCLES

Challenge the stabilizing muscles with small, isolated movements that tone the muscles in a low impact setting & help prevent injury. We'll start with an intense full body warm-up incorporating weight work & calisthenics, then move into muscle shaking thigh exercises, booty lifting glute work, & H.I.I.T or core work depending on the class. Expect fun & energetic music, a kick ass workout, & an unforgettable experience.
