CHEST, CORE, TRICEPS

[40 Minutes] Chest, abdominal, & tricep muscles, referred to as your “push” muscles. By working them together you will reduce body fat & increase lean muscle mass.

BACK, SHOULDERS, BICEPS

[40 Minutes] Working on your “push” & “pull” muscles together. You can expect to build, tone, & strengthen the back, shoulder, & bicep muscles.

CARDIO

[40 Minutes] A well-rounded cardio experience incorporating rowing, cycling, and a wide variety of body-weight exercises utilizing anaerobic and aerobic airways. You'll be challenged with long distance goals as well as short burst circuit training to get that heart rate up. Building your endurance will help your overall performance in both the HY and LO rooms. Let's burn!

[40 Minutes] Working your glute & abdominal muscles together will not only help you feel confident, but will also help prevent injury & aid in hip & knee movement.
