  1. Tell us your WHY - why are you in the industry of fitness and why did you want to become a Personal Trainer? I was in a really bad accident and I got a lot of help from fitness to get me back to where I am today.

  1. How did you get started with Personal Training? I was working out a lot and started helping people on the side and figured I could do something that I loved as a career.

  1. What is your experience in Personal Training (length of time) and what is your expertise or speciality? I have been training for 6 yrs now. I would say weight/strength training also glutes and competition prep.

  1. What types of clients have you seen the best results with? My ideal client is someone that wants to learn and that comes ready to give 100 percent every time.

  1. What is your expertise // knowledge in nutrition? Basically I can cover about any type of nutrition goals. If it is plant based diet, lactose, gluten, soy, intolerant or all athe above or weight loss I got you covers.

  1. What do you love to do in your free time? I play tennis, surf, snowboard, hike, camping with my gf and the dogs. I love the outdoors.

  1. What is your favorite mantra? Stay ready ain’t gotta get ready.

  1. How do you practice Balance (Fitness Balanced) in your lifestyle? In my eyes I have a balanced lifestyle but in most I live for fitness which makes me happy.

  1. What are your certifications and are you pursuing any currently or in the future? Glute specialist, and show prep certification will be my next ones.
