Lindsay is a certified Personal Trainer through NASM. Her passion for fitness has always been a part of her and has been her outlet for as long as seh can remember. During her childhood she participated in gymnastics, horseback riding, and martial arts and soon realized she loved competition. Shortly after highschool she started the sport of MMA and trained with professional fighters to learn Muay Thai, American Kickboxing and Brazilian Ju-Jitsu. As well as competed in Crossfit. Both disciplines were physically and mentally challenging and helped her push herself beyond what she thought her capabilities were. This is when she decided to become a Personal Trainer and help clients to see the amazing things they are capable of. Lindsay has been training for almost 10 years now.
Her career started at the Caine Halter YMCA in Greenville, SC, and she also coached at MADabolic, a small personal training studio, and training clients at home. Recently, she tore her ACL and had to do physical therapy 3 times a week for close to a year. This injury gave her insight into Physical Therapy and how important it is to overcome an injury. Lindsay always focuses on correct form as a way to prevent injuries, as well as strength training and pushing yourself beyond what you thought was possible.
