Liz is a certified Personal Trainer through NASM. Fitness drives her to be a better person every day, and in return it has helped her to become the best personal trainer she can be. Helping someone perform a new movement, reach a new goal, or hit a personal record gives her the most rewarding feeling. Fostering a sense of accomplishment for others shows Liz that her work is creating a positive influence in someone else’s life. She strives to help her clients aspire to be the best version of themselves. She pushes them out of their comfort zones and eliminates their fears about trying new things, helps them set new goals they never even knew they had and empower them to know they can do anything they set their minds to. She believes health and fitness is a key to a happy and healthy life and I wants to share that with everyone she meets.
