1.) Tell us your WHY - why are you in the industry of fitness and why did you want to become a Personal Trainer? Fitness drives me. It gets me out of bed in the morning reminding me I have work to do.


2.) How did you get started with Personal Training? I began inside of my CrossFit gym and once we saw major results I wanted to build on it!


3.) What is your experience in Personal Training (length of time) and what is your expertise or speciality? 5 years


4.) What types of clients have you seen the best results with? I love mobility training and working with athletes.


5.) What is your expertise // knowledge in nutrition? I have tried every diet under the sun. In competition I did macros for 5 years but I have been vegetarian for quite some time now and wholeheartedly believe in it.


6.) What do you love to do in your free time? Hanging with friends and family, and a good CrossFit workout


7.) What is your favorite mantra? If it’s meant to be it will be.


8.) How do you practice Balance (Fitness Balanced) in your lifestyle? I workout 6 days a week, I’m extremely conscientious about what I eat- all plant based, and I meditate occasionally.


9.) What are your certifications and are you pursuing any currently or in the future? I am NASM certified, CrossFit L-1 certified, and plan to become a nutrition coach as well in the future.
