Sam is a certified Personal Trainer through NETA. Originally from Pittsburgh, he moved to Charleston in 2008. He obtained his first certification in spinning; then personal training. It was within personal training that he found a real passion in working one on one with individuals helping them reach levels of fitness they never thought possible. His training style and experience can be painted with a broad brush. He’s helped multiple clients with weight loss, body composition transformation, nutritional guidance, and overall wellness with an active lifestyle.
