With Yoga teachings at our core, our LO classes string together a multitude of movement modalities that lengthen, strengthen, open, and balance your muscles and mind. Our instructors are there to guide you through every practice, through every page and level of your journey inward with both challenge and grace. Our classes are invitations to witness your own strength and growth beyond the physical body. Classes carry powerful music and guided instruction that vary in level, pace, and style, creating an inclusive space for everyone and every individual journey. INFRARED PANELS

Our LO classes are taught in a 90 degree heated room underneath our state of the art infrared heating panels. These panels have been shown to provide: detoxification, weight loss, relief from sore muscles, relief from joint pain, clear and tighter skin, improved circulation, improved sleep, and promotes relaxation. More than just these listed health benefits, the external heat allows your physical body to open on a deeper level, adding yet another purposeful layer to the LO experience.

VINYASA FLOW

[45 Minutes] Vinyasa Flow is designed to guide your body mindfully & intelligently into a flow-like state. Through our signature sequencing, we introduce creative & repetitive movements that take your body to a deeper level every round, & your mind one step closer to a moving meditation. This style will build your practice step by step, often incorporating strengthening drills & techniques, traditional Sun Salutations, balancing postures, heart openers & your fair share of vinyasas.

BURN

[45 Minutes] HYLO’s signature BURN class is where yoga meets fitness. Invigorate your body and senses beneath our state of the art LED lighting technology that changes as the music and your body movement change. Each class is action packed with creative vinyasa style yoga, cardio bursts, ab work, and a unique flow with hand weights. Your body will BURN and your heart will thank you for it. Expect to sweat, smile and MOVE!

PULSE

[45 Minutes] HYLO’s signature PULSE class combines barre inspired movements on the mat with energizing cardio & abdominal intervals. A full body sweat & sculpt session that will lengthen & lean out your muscles & challenge the stabilizing muscles with small, isolated movements. Expect a compilation of muscle shaking thigh exercises, booty lifting glute work, sculpting abdominal movements & cardio intervals to boost your energy + metabolism. Our creative sequencing will keep you in your body, breath, & heart all class.

SLOW FLOW

[45 Minutes] Thoughtfully created & intended to center + ground the body, mind, & heart. We invite you to SLOW down with longer held postures & mindful transitioning, gaining deeper access into postures, alignment, & challenging body awareness. Great for beginners, allowing you sufficient time to move to & from postures while keeping the integrity of a “flow”, but also proving to be challenging. Realign your breath & body as one & tap deeper into your senses.

NOT HEATED, WARM ROOM

SLOW TO STILL

[60 Minutes] An experience of pure bliss in our tranquil, candlelit class. Divided into two powerful, yet opposing energetics, we begin with a slow sequence designed to open your body & release energy, preparing you for the next portion of class. Relaxing & bringing your body deep into HYLO’s Yin like postures, held for 3-5 minutes. Longer held, relaxing postures have been proven to enhance flexibility, blood circulation, joint mobility & relaxation. Prepare to be guided through breathwork, movement, & stillness; the perfect combination for ultimate peace in your body & mind.

FLY FLOW

[90 Minutes] HYLO's first ever 90 minute class offering! HYLO's signature Fly Flow is an advanced Vinyasa style yoga class centered around arm balances & inversions. This class is aimed to get you off of your feet & into flight safely & confidently! Expect to flow, break down targeted postures in a workshop style environment, & prepare to FLY!

*Please note: proper Chaturanga form is recommended for taking this class.*
