LO IMPACT

The LO Room is hot, immersive, and intentional. Movement stays within a defined space, anchored to the mat, where intensity is built through precision, heat, and sustained control.

Slow-burning and demanding, LO draws its power from focus, awareness, and internal activation. Holding, flowing, pulsing, stabilizing — every movement on the mat allows you to feel the beat of the music reverberate throughout your entire body. 

The room is dark, heated to 90 degrees, and illuminated by deep blue hues and warm candlelight. Infrared panels ignite you from the inside out. Breath deepens. Mirrors fog. Muscles shake. Sweat drips. 

Movement is beat-based and music-driven. Energy builds deliberately, until the class reaches its crescendo — the room flashes red for short cardio bursts and final pushes. You draw inward, deeply connected to your breath, your heart, and your mind.

Classes end with cool lavender towels, allowing the nervous system to settle as the body absorbs the work. This is what happens when you Get LO.

PULSE

[45 Minutes] HYLO’s full-body, barre-inspired experience designed to activate muscles you didn’t know existed. Anchored to the mat, this class moves through high-heel work, concentrated movements, and small, controlled ranges of motion to create lift, elongation, and deep engagement of the stabilizing muscles. Every hold, squeeze, and pulse is layered intentionally. Throughout the experience, you’ll be guided to feel your pulse, connecting the work back to your breath and body.

CORE

[45 Minutes] HYLO’s full-body, heated Pilates-inspired experience designed to fire your core and build strength from the inside out. Anchored to the mat, this class moves through large ranges of motion and layered sequencing that challenge deep core stability, postural strength, and total-body control. Heavy resistance and intentional loading create strength that feels structural, supported, and powerful. Throughout the experience you’ll be guided to fire your core, connecting the work back to your breath and body.

FLO

[45 Minutes] A full-body vinyasa-inspired class, elevated through HYLO’s experiential approach. Anchored to the mat, this class blends beat-based movement with intentional sequencing to build strength, mobility, and control. FLO emphasizes fluid transitions, cardio elements, and creativity + freedom in your body. High energy, bumpin’ music, and purpose-driven flows that feel more like a workout than a traditional yoga class.
