I love HYLO! It’s been such an addition to my life! The staff are all knowledgeable, friendly and always quick to help. The music is pumping to make your workouts interesting! I highly recommend!

I love everything about HYLO! The staff greet me by name upon check-in. When walking in to the door you can immediately tell the facility is well maintained and clean, with an abundance of hand sanitizer and wipes throughout the building. The programs are diverse and you'll never do the exact same class twice. The coaches truly encourage you to be your best, and are always looking for new and creative ways to work your body to the fullest. All of the coaches and staff make it clear they are here for YOU and it feels like family.

I've worked as a fitness consultant in the Charleston area for over 8 years now and love recommending HYLO for group fitness. The classes are very challenging and well balanced for HIIT Training. I can not say enough about how awesome the coaches are! They check in on everyone and push you to keep going.
