Our LO classes blend a multitude of movement modalities that lengthen, strengthen, open, and balance your muscles and mind. 
Every LO class is designed to meet you where you are in your fitness journey, but vary in intensity.

Our high energy instructors are there to guide you through the class, offer you options, but also push you past your comfort zone.

At HYLO, we put an emphasis on EXPERIENCE and ENERGY in both rooms with our world-class CASAMBI lighting systems and world-class sound systems to ensure a superior audio-visual experience to inspire and motivate your workout.

INFRARED PANELS

Our LO classes are taught in a 75-90 degree heated room underneath our state of the art infrared heating panels. These panels have been shown to provide: detoxification, weight loss, relief from sore muscles, relief from joint pain, clear and tighter skin, improved circulation, improved sleep, and promotes relaxation. More than just these listed health benefits, the external heat allows your physical body to open on a deeper level, adding yet another purposeful layer to the LO experience.

FLO

[45 Minutes] Our HYLO Yoga-Inspired group fitness class is designed to guide your body mindfully & intelligently through challenging fluid movements. Our signature sequencing consists of creative & repetitive movements that challenge you both mentally and physically. This style builds your practice step by step, often incorporating strengthening drills & techniques, traditional Sun Salutations, balancing postures, heart openers, & your fair share of vinyasas.

All levels – Intermediate

SLO

[45 Minutes] Thoughtfully created and intended to center and ground the body, mind and heart. We invite you to SLO down w/ mindful transitioning, gaining deeper access into postures, alignment, and challenging body awareness. Great for beginners, allowing you sufficient time to move to and from postures while keeping the integrity of the flow, but also proving to be challenging. Realign your breath and body as one.

All levels – Beginner

WARMED TO 80 DEGREES

CORE

[45 Minutes] Our new signature Pilates-inspired class is a dynamic fusion of large-range movement, cardio exercises, and targeted core conditioning. This high-energy, beat-based class is designed to elevate your heart rate while strengthening and toning your core for a complete full-body workout.

All levels – Intermediate

HEATED TO 90 DEGREES

PULSE

[45 Minutes] HYLO’s signature PULSE class combines barre inspired movements on the mat with energizing cardio & abdominal intervals. A full body sweat & sculpt session that will lengthen & lean out your muscles & challenge the stabilizing muscles with small, isolated movements. Expect a compilation of muscle shaking thigh exercises, booty lifting glute work, sculpting abdominal movements & cardio intervals to boost your energy + metabolism. Our creative sequencing will keep you in your body, breath, & heart all class.
